Step 1 – Project Discussion

If you are local to the Gold Coast, come and meet us at our showroom or we can visit you on-site for a consultation or measure up.

On-site consultation fees:
Gold Coast $180.00 + gst
Brisbane $380.00 + gst

For customers Australia wide we can discuss your project over the phone and you can share your sketches or inspiration photos with us via email.

As part of the initial discussion we can provide advice on design, style, and finish options and establish your budget.

Step 2 – Quote

Early in the discussion we may provide a price estimate based our your project details, and to ensure this fits your budget.

To provide a fixed quote we need to confirm your design size, overall style and build detail, timber selection and timber finish.

We try to be very accurate in our estimates to avoid any surprises, though for your benefit we offer reasonable flexibility in the fixed price, should any minor details change during the build. Any major changes to the size or detail will need to be requoted.

Step 3 – Design Confirmation

Depending on your project’s needs we will provide either scale drawings done as a pencil sketch, a 2D drawing package or full detail 3D models to confirm your design detail before we begin.

This is the best opportunity to check all design details and explore any further options throughout the design process.

Once the design is approved a 30% deposit is collected for materials and to confirm your project.

Step 4 – Build and Delivery

We build your piece/s keeping you informed along the way. You can also follow along with the progress on our Instagram stories. Once your build is complete we will arrange your local or interstate delivery.

The best stage for you is enjoying your new piece/s for many years to come.
